Tissue repair claims and where they come from
The healing literature that drives most recovery-compound marketing is overwhelmingly animal work. What that does and does not permit anyone to conclude.
Related compoundsThirty-six research compounds, graded by what the evidence actually shows rather than by how loudly a compound is marketed: eight are approved medicines somewhere in the world, eleven have never cleared a human trial. Alongside the library sits a personal record: 84 kg down to 75 kg, now held there, with the compounds behind it named rather than hinted at.
Educational documentation. Research use only. Not for human consumption, and not a substitute for a qualified physician.
Eight categories, and only one of them is weight. Recovery and tissue repair, growth hormone axis, metabolic, cognitive, sleep, dermal. The compounds that matter for staying capable are spread across all of them.
Every entry carries an evidence grade on the card: approved medicine, human trial data, limited human data, or preclinical only. Eight of the thirty-six are approved medicines somewhere in the world. The other twenty-eight are not, and the library says so before it says anything else.
Reference data is only half of it. The other half is arithmetic people get wrong.
The calculatorThe most common error in this field is not compound selection. It is the conversion between a vial strength, a diluent volume, and what that means on a U-100 syringe. This calculator does that arithmetic and shows the draw.
Arithmetic reference for laboratory work. Assumes a U-100 insulin syringe where 100 IU equals 1 ml. Always verify against the certificate of analysis for the specific vial in hand.
Numbers settle arguments. Sources settle the numbers.
The research notesEach note opens with what the study could not establish. If most of the evidence is in rodents, the note says rodents in the first line rather than the last paragraph.
The healing literature that drives most recovery-compound marketing is overwhelmingly animal work. What that does and does not permit anyone to conclude.
Related compoundsMeta-analyses do find an effect for protein timing. The honest question is whether it is large enough to matter once total daily intake is controlled.
Related methodPurity percentage, identity confirmation, and the salt form actually supplied. What a COA proves, and the three things it does not.

Who keeps this recordHe runs, eats, trains and lives to get healthier and further in control of his own life, and writes all of it down. There is no supplement brand behind this, no coaching funnel at the end of it, and no before-and-after photograph taken in different lighting.
It started as fat loss. Two years of reading turned it into something longer. The compounds worth knowing about at forty-six are mostly not the ones that shift the scale. They are the ones that affect sleep quality, tendon repair, insulin sensitivity, immune function and how well you recover from the training you can still do. Weight is simply the easiest thing to measure, which is why the internet measures almost nothing else.
The record exists because the fitness internet is built on outcomes without method. Someone posts a result; the working is missing. What is published here is the working: the sessions, the weeks where nothing moved, and the research that informed the decisions, with its limitations stated first rather than buried.
Where laboratory compounds appear in this record, they appear as documentation and reference material. They are not recommended, not sold from this site, and not presented as a shortcut.
Read the methodA record has a starting point. It also has a this-week.
Where it stands nowLosing the weight was the easy half. What is being recorded from here is whether it stays off, and what is being taken while it does.
Listed because a record that hides its inputs is not a record. This is what is being taken, not a recommendation to take it. Every compound below links to its evidence grade, including the ones graded weakly.
Growth hormone and SS-31 are not in the research library: growth hormone is a prescription-only medicine in the United Kingdom, and SS-31 sits outside the 36 compounds graded here. Both are listed for completeness of the record rather than as reference entries.
Every record needs a method behind it, or it is only a diary.
The methodLoads, energy, sleep and pain go into a session journal. The next day is built from what actually happened, not from a twelve-week template bought off someone with better genetics.
Each session is scored against the last one for the same movement, so progression is measured rather than assumed.
Back-off sets and volume count, not just the top single. Most plateaus are visible in the sets nobody posts.
Energy, joint pain and available equipment change the session. The plan adapts to the day rather than overriding it.
The full prompt is published. Copy it, point it at your own journal, and run the same method without the paywall.
The method produces numbers. The numbers produce a timeline.
The timelineThe cut itself was not logged week by week at the time, and inventing a curve to fill that gap would read better and be worth nothing. So the gap stays visible and the log starts from here instead: every reading below is real, dated, and stays in even when it goes the wrong way.
The journal is written. The camera was running too.
On screenEpisodes from this record alongside coverage from other creators working the same material, including the ones who disagree. The selection turns over every Monday, so the wall never settles into the same handful of voices.

Every episode raises the same question. So do the comments.
What people askThese arrive most weeks. The answers are the same each time, which is itself the point: nothing here depends on who is asking.
That is a medical question wearing casual clothes, and it cannot be answered by a website that has never met you. What can be answered: which compounds have human evidence behind them and which do not. Start with the grade, not the recommendation.
Open the libraryBecause popularity and evidence are unrelated. Two of the most discussed compounds in this space sit in the bottom two tiers, and several obscure ones are approved medicines. The grade reflects the literature, not the search volume.
How grading worksThis is the question worth answering, and the one most often got wrong. Vial strength divided by diluent volume gives concentration; dose divided by concentration gives volume; volume times one hundred gives units on a U-100 syringe.
Open the calculatorResearch materials are supplied for laboratory use only and are not approved as medicines in the UK. Several referenced here are prescription-only medicines. If that distinction matters to your situation, it is a question for a professional.
Read the disclaimersThe same questions come back every week. Here are the rest.
Frequent questionsNo. Everything published here is personal documentation and general education. It is not diagnosis, not treatment, and not a protocol. Speak to a qualified physician before making any health decision.
No. Nothing is sold from this site and there is no payment process on it. This is an educational record and a reference library. Fulfilment, where it happens at all, is handled entirely by an independent supplier.
Nothing extra for you to do, and no code to quote. TRAINNORTH:LABS is paid a referral benefit by the independent supplier on orders that originate here, which is disclosed rather than hidden. The supplier sets its own prices; this site adds nothing to them at the point of enquiry.
You select the research materials you are interested in, this site helps you assemble a clear enquiry, and you send it to the independent supplier yourself over WhatsApp. No payment, no stock and no dispatch happens here. The supplier sets its own prices and terms, and TRAINNORTH:LABS receives a referral benefit on orders placed with the code.
Because the grade is the most useful thing on the card. A compound with strong rodent data and no human trials should not look identical to an approved medicine, and on most sites it does.
If you have read this far and still want research materials, here is the honest route.
Research materials58 research materials across 122 specifications, from $15 per box.
One price is one box of ten vials, not a single vial.
29 of 58 carry a grade from the compound library. The rest say so.
Research materials are supplied by an independent third party, not by TRAINNORTH:LABS. Reference pricing is quoted per box of ten vials. Enquiries are assembled here and sent by you, directly to them.
Materials listed are supplied for laboratory research only. They are not intended for human consumption and are not approved as medicines in the UK.
